📌 Why this matters

Salesforce Campaigns is a core CRM feature that lets marketing and sales teams track, manage, and measure email outreach directly within their existing customer data platform. Creating an email campaign in Salesforce links campaign activity to leads, contacts, and opportunities, giving revenue teams full visibility into pipeline influence and ROI. This is critical for businesses that need to connect marketing engagement to closed deals without switching between separate tools. Mastering Salesforce email campaigns helps teams improve targeting, automate follow-ups, and accurately attribute revenue to specific marketing efforts.
