Steps
- Open the Notion page where you want to create a database and type /database.
- Select Database - Inline to embed it in the current page, or Database - Full page to create it as a standalone page.
- Name your new database.
- Using Database - Full page, click the settings icon beside the blue New button.
- Choose a database view: Table view, Board view, Gallery view, List view, or Calendar view.
- Add or rename properties such as Status, Date, Tags, or Files & media.
- Continue adding items and properties until your database is ready to use.
- Click New page to add a new database item.
