A Salesforce Chatter Group lets teams collaborate and share updates in a dedicated workspace within Salesforce. This demo walks you through every step to create, configure, and add members to a new Chatter Group in under a minute.
Steps
- Open the App Launcher at the top-left corner of your dashboard, then type and select Chatter in the search bar.
- On the left panel, go to Recent Groups and click the '+' icon beside it.
- Fill in all required details for the new group.
- Once done, click 'Save & Next'.
- Upload a group photo then click 'Next'.
- Select the member you want to add to the group.
- Once completed, click 'Done' to finish creating the Chatter Group.
