YouTube Music Mixes let you instantly generate an auto-curated playlist of similar songs based on any track you choose. In just a few clicks, you can start a Mix from any song and save it as a permanent playlist in your library.
Steps
- Open music.youtube.com and sign in to your account.
- Search for and play the song or artist you want to use as the starting point for your Mix.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the song title.
- Select Start mix from the dropdown menu — YouTube Music will automatically generate a Mix of similar songs based on your selection.
- The Mix will begin playing and appear in your queue on the right side of the screen.
- To save the Mix as a playlist, click the Save button at the top-right of the queue and select + New playlist.
- Enter a name for the playlist and click Create to store it in your library.
