Steps
- Open Notion and add a new page, then give it a title like Journal.
- Type /table and select Table view to create a journal database.
- Rename the first column to Entry.
- Add a Date property and name it Date.

- Click the + icon to add more columns such as Goals or Reflections.
- Click the first cell under Mood and add options like Happy, Okay, Tired, or Stressed by typing each and pressing Enter.
