Steps

1. Type /template to open the block menu in your Notion page.
2. Click the Template button from the block options to insert a template block.
3. Inside the template area, click New action under the Do section.
4. Select Insert blocks from the dropdown menu.
5. Inside the template area, type /to-do to add a checkbox block.
6. Add all the checklist items you want to reuse each time.
7. Click Done or click outside the template editor to save your template.
8. Click the template button whenever you want to generate a new checklist.
9. Your checklist template is now ready to use in Notion.
