This demo shows how to contact Eventbrite support through the Help Center's live chat feature. Follow these steps to connect with an Eventbrite representative quickly and get your issue resolved.
Steps
- On the main Eventbrite dashboard, scroll down to the How Can We Help section and click Go To Help Center.
- Tap Contact Us to proceed to the support options page.
- Click Chat With Support to open the live chat option.
- In the chat window, fill in all required details including First Name, Last Name, Topic, Event URL, and Description.
- Once all details are entered, click Start Chat to connect with a support agent.
- Type your message into the input box, then press Enter or Return to send it.
- You are now connected and can contact Eventbrite and get in touch with a live representative.
