This demo shows how to close a case in Salesforce using the standard Lightning interface. Follow the step-by-step walkthrough to update case status to Closed and save the record in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Click the App Launcher at the top of your dashboard.
- Scroll down and click Cases.
- Select a case to open.
- Click Edit at the top-right of the page.
- Go to Status and click the dropdown button.
- Select Closed.
- Click Save.
- The case has been closed successfully.
