This demo shows how to change the refund policy on an Eventbrite event by navigating through the event dashboard and updating settings in the Publish section. You can customize refund timeframes, automatic refund rules, and save changes in just a few clicks.
Steps
- On the Eventbrite home page, go to the left-hand panel and click Events.
- Find and select the event whose refund policy you want to edit.
- Under the Steps section, tap Publish.
- Scroll down to the Refund Policy section, choose a policy option, and optionally edit the number of days before a refund can be requested and the automatic refund settings.
- Once done, click Save.
- The refund policy for your Eventbrite event will be updated and applied.
