How to change Notion Username

Steps

1. Open Notion and click your profile name in the upper-left corner of the app.
2. Click Settings from the menu that appears.
3. In the left sidebar of the Settings panel, click your profile name to open account options.
4. Under Account, locate the Preferred name field — this is the username displayed across your Notion workspace — and type your new name.
5. Click outside the Preferred name field to trigger auto-save; your updated Notion profile name is now live.
