Backing up your Jira data ensures your project information is protected against data loss by using the built-in Backup Manager to create a cloud export directly from Jira Admin Settings.
Steps
- On the Jira home page, go to the top-right corner and click the Settings button.
- Choose System from the list of options under Jira Admin Settings.
- In the left-hand panel, click Backup Manager.
- Scroll down to the Back Up for Cloud section and click Create Backup for Cloud.
- All Jira project data (spaces) will be backed up successfully.
