The Duplicate as Template feature in Notion lets you publish a page so anyone with the link can instantly copy it into their own workspace. Enable this setting via the Share menu to distribute reusable templates without granting full edit access.
Steps
- On your Notion page, click Share in the upper-right corner.
- Go to the Publish tab and click Publish if the page isn't published yet.
- Turn on Duplicate as Template to allow viewers to copy your page.
- Click Copy web link and share it with anyone to let them duplicate your template.
- Optionally, click View site to preview how your template appears to others.
- Viewers can now click Duplicate to copy your template into their own Notion workspace.
