Adding custom questions to your Eventbrite ticket order form lets you collect specific attendee information during checkout. You can search a question library, select a question type, and save it to your event listing in just a few clicks.
Steps
- On the Eventbrite home page, open the left-side panel and click 'Events'.
- Find and select the event you want to edit from your events list.
- In the left-side panel, tap the 'Order Options' tab.
- Choose 'Order Form' from the options list.
- Type a keyword into the search bar that matches the question you want to add.
- Select your desired question from the suggested results.
- Open the drop-down menu next to the question and choose the question type you want to set.
- Click 'Save' to apply your changes to the order form.
- Confirm the update — the custom question is now added to your Eventbrite ticket.
