The YouTube Premium Family plan lets you share ad-free streaming, background play, and YouTube Music with up to five household members. You can invite family members directly through your Google account in just a few steps, and they can accept via email or Google account notifications.
Steps
- Go to youtube.com, sign in to your Google account, then click your profile picture and select Purchases and memberships to manage your YouTube Premium Family plan.
- Click Manage membership, then select Edit next to Family sharing settings.
- You will be redirected to your Google Family page — click Send invitations to begin adding a member.
- Enter the person's email address, select their account, then click Send to invite them to your family plan.
- Once sent, the invitation status will appear on the page, and the invited person can accept it from their email or Google account notifications.
