Quick summary
Notion does not have a native text box tool, but you can simulate one using the Callout block to visually separate and style text on any Notion page.
Steps
- On your Notion page, click where you want to add the text.
- Note that Notion has no built-in text box tool like Google Docs or Canva.
- Type /callout and select Callout from the block menu to simulate a text box.
- Type your content inside the Callout block just like a regular textbox.
- Click the callout icon, hover over Color, and change the text color or background color to make your textbox stand out.
